Chef Carl Stanton has been in the hospitality
industry for over twenty five years working with a variety of cuisines. His career started with Marriott Hotels. He has been
featured in Nation's Restaurant News, Wine Spectator, Restaurant Business, Food Arts,The Washingtonian, Vegetarian Times and
other magazines and newspapers and appeared as a guest chef on several television cooking shows. Chef Stanton has traveled
while building experience in hotels, catering and fine dining establishments. Chef Stanton is listed in the International
Who's Who of Chefs and is a member of the National Association of Catering Executives. Simone Stanton has worked for some of the largest food purveyors in the area staying
current with sales trends and products. In addition to her work in the catering business, she is a certified wedding
