We will guide you through the entire planning process by custom designing the menu, suggesting linens and table decor, themes and set up. Each piece of china, silverware and glassware is carefully chosen to enhance your event. Every detail will be confirmed with you upon finalization. Our consultant will be on hand during your event to ensure a flawless affair. Together, we will make your dreams come true by creating wonderful memories for everyone.  

Chef Flavor Catering,  offers three different wedding planning packages for the Bride who needs help with the planning for the big day. They range from planning the entire wedding, to the 'day-of' consulting only. We will make arrangements for the ceremony and reception sites, flowers, tents, photographers, transportation, balloons, music and assist with decor, theme and centerpiece ideas. Our relationship with experienced and talented industry experts in these areas, will assure that you receive only the best services. For our catered affairs, we require a 20% deposit to secure the date. No date is secured without a deposit.

We offer different types of services for events and there is one right for you.

DROP OFF: With this option, we will drop off the food at your location with heating instructions for hot food.

BUFFET SET UP: We deliver the food along with other items required and set it up for you. This also includes staff for replenishing and cleaning up.

SEATED: This is the preferred choice at formal and first class events. With this option, we offer two styles.

       FAMILY STYLE- Platters are brought out and placed on the tables to allow   your guest to pass items around.

      PLATED- Each course is served to each person individually by our tuxedoed waiters.

Our Personal Chef Experience is the preferred choice for intimate in home entertaining for 2 to 10.
